Proof I don’t just talk the talk

From B2B giants to local businesses, I’ve helped teams grow their pipeline, renew/extend contracts, and finally see their marketing plans come to life. Here’s a taste of the work (and wins) I’m proud of.

While at One Foot Over, I partnered with Houston Shell & Concrete to drive adoption of their new online storefront. At the time, awareness was low, contractors were still placing orders by phone, and leadership wasn’t sure digital marketing could change behavior.

  • I led a paid search campaign that flipped the narrative:

  • 125 total conversions (147% of goal)

  • 10% under budget ($1,621 vs $1,800 cap)

  • 380K+ impressions (+24% over previous month)

  • 7,500+ clicks (+8% over previous month)

  • Ad group conversion gains of +39% (Specialty Mixes), +41% (Projects), +197% (Business)

The results didn’t just hit KPIs, they rebuilt leadership’s trust, set new performance benchmarks, and secured HSC’s continued investment in digital marketing.

At UT Physicians, I managed digital communications during COVID-19 while also building a scalable paid media strategy for the future. The challenge was keeping patients informed in real time while also planning campaigns that would modernize how care was accessed.

I led multiple initiatives that balanced execution with strategy:

  • Produced the monthly patient newsletter and managed social media content and reporting.

  • Developed a $60K paid media plan for FY22, with projected KPIs, budget allocation, and campaign structure across search and social.

  • Helped execute the MyUTHealth app adoption plan, which equipped 226 clinics with rollout kits and digital promotions.

The work created lasting impact. The digital strategy became the foundation for UT Physicians’ campaigns even after my transition, while the app adoption campaign drove new patient sign-ups and was projected to save the system $400K annually by reducing call volume and staffing needs.

When I began consulting with The Urban Flower Company, the team was looking to build more consistency and direction in their marketing. They had talented people in place but needed guidance, structure, and a partner to help connect the dots between execution and leadership priorities.

I stepped in as a true marketing consultant:

  • Hired and trained a social media manager, creating a playbook that guided daily execution.

  • Reviewed reports and translated insights into actions, which we presented to leadership.

  • Led quarterly brainstorming sessions and weekly status meetings to keep projects on track.

  • Served as the main marketing stakeholder with vendors for events and promotions.

The impact was transformational. The business shifted from ad-hoc marketing to a consistent, strategic rhythm. Leadership gained confidence in their marketing function, and the team had a clear framework to grow their presence long-term.
